I swapped in Vegetarian broth for the chicken broth and used Sweet Rice Flour..a little less than 3 Tb since rice flout gets really thick.

Spaghetti with Fresh Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Basil The only substitution I made was using GF thin spaghetti. The box was 12 ounces rather than 16. You can cut down a tad on other ingredients to compensate.
